Pearson almost 10 months old

Picture Posting Difficulties... Okay, so I tried to hold up my end of the bargain. However the pictures won't upload. I'll try to get pictures posted today or tomorrow!!!

Today Pearson started Mother's Day Out, so I have time to blog. Also I made a pact with me SIL that I would post by Wednesday. I feel like my college days waiting until the last minute to write the paper that is due.

Well Pearson has been a busy bee as usual. He is all over the place. He opens and closes every door. We laugh because Pearson's Fisher-Price is pots, plans, spoons, magazines, blackberries (not the best choice, since now it no longer works). He loves the Lolly dog and pets her as much as possible. He loves to give her treats. She loves him too!!

He loves to swim, swim, swim! He loves to swing at the park. He loves to eat cheerios and other foods with his fingers.

Over the past couple of months he has been to the beach, the lake, the pool, Atlanta, and Thomson. He has played with friends. Seen his Uncle John who just moved to Missouri.

He is almost a year old... only 2 more months!

At 9 months he maintained his 75th percentile physique...he was almost 22 lbs, 28.5 inches long, and still has a head in the 50th percentile!

He is a sweetheart in everyway. He loves to smile, talk, spit his water out and make bubbles, he flirts, but most of all he likes to GO GO GO!!!

Here are some pics of this little ball of energy! He is one silly sweet goose!

The definition of crazy...

Being crazy is doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results. I am afraid I have some crazy friends and family who check this blog all too often expecting to find new pictures. Sorry I have made you crazy. Birds of a feather flock together, so the crazy factor probably makes us friends!

Well today friends and fam you are not crazy!! There are some new pics courtesy of Kat's camera.

So here are a few pics from the beach with Leigh Annie, Kat, and Mary Les... what a blast!

After a 7 hour trek, 2 long stops, a million cheerios and traks of Bible songs, Pearson and I arrived at the cutest little blue house in PBC (thanks to the Greene's). We had a blast on the beach and hanging out with the girls and Pearson.

What wonderful friends!!!!!

Beach Baby...well more like pool baby!

Pearson enjoyed his second trip to the beach. He like the swimming pool, but not the ocean. Hopefully it will grow on him.

Six months and moving!

Pearson is on the go!

Eating blocks yummy!

Not quite sure about ocean water... it is cold!

On the balcony with Mom and Dad

I am 6 months...crawling, clapping, pulling up, eating carrots, sweet potatoes, rice cereal, apples, bananas, squash... I don't like green beans! I have 4 teeth up top and 2 on the bottom... I can sit up, squeal with delight, and I most definitely know my name! Sadly I am becoming quite the big baby boy!

I love my veggies... look I can hold the spoon myself!

Watch me go...I am all over the place

A little attention for the Lolly girl! Her uncle John tried to train her in his short visit.

Boating with Granddaddy... The boat just lulled me to sleep...This life jacket should be able to keep me afloat!

Oh the wonderful sounds Mr. Brown can do....

He can make a sound like a cow. He can Moo! You know it? I can quote it!!

Let's see what has happened, since I last penned- typed!

Darrell went to the practice round of the Masters with his dad. Pearson saw 3 of his great grandmothers, 1 great PawPaw, his NeNe, his Sonny, and his Aunt P, as well as his cousin Jackson in Georgia---lots of love!

Pearson helped his Great Granny celebrate her 80th birthday.

I visited my best friends from college, Kat, Leigh Ann, Mary Leslie, and Andy;
while Nana, NeNe, Sonny, and Great Granny babysat Pearson. Yes it does take that many grandparents to watch the little one. He is a handful!

Pearson is eating rice cereal like a champ. He is close to crawling, which is a bit scary. He loves to scream in a high pitched tone... with delight! He rolls and and rolls and rolls!

He went to the church nursery for the first time! He was a lamb... I guess he enjoyed it! According to the sweet nursery workers, he did scream. Not the face turning red, mouth wide open, can't catch his breath scream that he often uses on his NaNa and Daddy.

He ate a lovely lunch at Houston's with his cousin Marion in Atlanta and his kind cousin Pete walked him around and around outside. Pearson loves the birds and the trees.

His Granddaddy or as I call him, GrandDP babysat solo!

We celebrated the soon to arrive Hudson Bussey with a diaper and wipe shower!

I attempted to introduce Jackie and Courtney to the southern classic, Shag! I hope those of you reading this blog are familiar... "We can have a good time, but we cannot be wild."

Finally... we have enjoyed many delicious lunches out to eat with friends and strolled many a time to the new Edgewood Creamery... a little plug for nursing... you should do it! That way you can still lose weight and eat ice cream!!!

So the main event... pictures!
Celebrating Granny's 80th Birthday!!! Granny can't wait to move to B'ham, so Pearson can crawl down her new hardwood hall!

Pearson is a very serious young man... he really focuses when playing in his exersaucer!

Yum, Yum, Yummy in my Tum, Tum, Tummy! Pearson's first encounter with cereal.

Pearson played so hard he just fell asleep. I went into the bedroom to put on my tennis shoes for us to stroll. I walked into the den to discover a tuckered out wee one.

Pearson and his Great Grandmother Pearson checking each other out in the nursing home.

I spotted Pearson with a celebrity... Paige Tucker, ABC Anchor.

Jackie, me and Ashley at Hudson's Diaper and Wipe Shower!
